Who is NVC?
The National Visa Center, is part of the US State Department, but is mostly staffed by contactors. What do they do? NVC only pre process immigrant visa applications. After USCIS approves the application they will sent it to NVC. They do not approve or deny any part of the I-130 application. Where are they located at? Portsmouth, NH How to contact them? In the subject of your email put your receipt number, names of the application and beneficiary. And include a copy of your USCIS approval notice. |
